Ford F. Graham, Managing Partner
Mr. Graham is a founding General Partner of the Vulcan Partners family of
funds and portfolio companies. He has over 20 years experience as a private
equity investor and an investment banker in the energy and natural resources
sector. Prior to founding Vulcan Partners, Mr. Graham was, for over a dozen
years, an investment banker with Smith Barney Inc., Bear Stearns & Co.
Inc., Dean Witter Reynolds Inc., and Bankers Trust Co., where he served in
the energy and natural resource groups of those firms. In addition, Mr.
Graham served in the Reagan administration.
Mr. Graham is President of Vulcan Power Group and Vulcan Energy Solutions,
two of the Vulcan portfolio companies focused on power generation and power plant
services worldwide. In addition, Mr. Graham serves as a partner of Vulcan
Coal Partners, VWVulcan Energy Ltd., and Vulcan Global Energy Ltd., each
specialized investment funds. Mr. Graham also serves on the Provost Council
of Tulane University,
and the Engineering and Environmental Sciences Advisory Board for Princeton University. Mr. Graham holds an A.B.
in Geology and Geophysical Sciences from Princeton
University, a J.D. from Tulane Law
School and an M.B.A. from the A.B.
Freeman School of Business at Tulane
University. Mr. Graham
has also studied at HEC (Hautes Etudes Commerciales) in France.

Charles Foster, Managing Director
Mr. Foster is a Managing Director at Vulcan, where he brings financial
services experience as well as expertise in business process outsourcing
(BPO) and business strategy development to Vulcan. His financial services
experience plus his extensive cross-industry experience help to maximize
shareholder benefits in creating and executing shared services, and global
service delivery strategies at Vulcan and its portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Vulcan, Mr. Foster ran the Financial Services practice
and was on the Operating Committee of TPI, a global operation strategy and
implementation consulting firm. Prior to TPI, Mr. Foster was a consultant
with BearingPoint and Mercer Management Consulting, where he founded the
Outsourcing Advisory Practice and was a founding member of the MMC Capital
Media and Information venture capital fund, respectively. Mr. Foster was
previously a banker at Citizens & Southern National Bank, First Union and
The Bank of Tokyo Trust Company. Mr. Foster holds a B.S. in Business Administration
from Washington & Lee University and an M.B.A., with high distinction,
from the University
of Michigan.

Hollis Witherspoon, Analyst
Ms. Witherspoon is a research analyst for Vulcan Capital Management. Having
been with the company since graduating from college, Ms. Witherspoon has
served in various research and administrative capacities, most recently as a
special projects coordinator for Vulcans portfolio holdings.
Ms. Witherspoon holds an A.B. degree from Princeton University,
with a concentration in Medical Anthropology and a Certificate from the
Program in Theater and Dance. She is currently pursuing an acting career and
studies with the William Esper Studio in Manhattan.
